A visit to North Basin is always a good idea. Golden Gate National Recreation Area is a tremendous location in close proximity to North Basin, and lots of folks from San Francisco-Oakland-Fremont come here. North Basin gets much water; January is the wettest month with most rain while July is generally the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. During your stay at North Basin do stop by nearby China Beach, and Albert Hotel is a nice place to get some rest.

| | This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at North Basin you can take a hike along the Bootjack Trail, and everybody loves Cow Palace. If you love the outdoors, you'll love North Basin. Camping at Candlestick RV Park is always a glorious experience, obviously you could also visit McNab Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. If you need a location to stay BridgePoint Inn Daly City is a glorious choice, and at North Basin you can make out Bay View Hill. At North Basin through the months of summer
highs are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are mostly in the 50's; after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at North Basin descend into the 30's. One of the best things about
North Basin is its proximity to Baker Beach, and a golf course nearby is Gleneagles International Golf Course.
On a splendid day at North Basin you can take a hike along the Temelpa Trail.
