If you are in this part of California make sure to pay a visit to Lake Norconian. This lake is so wonderful. Oak Street Creek Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could go to, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Cresta Verde Golf Club is in the vicinity. Lake Norconian is ordinarily a pretty dry place; the month with most of the rain is January while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Lake Norconian is not far at all

Summer brings highs in the 90's to Lake Norconian, and the nighttime is a bit cooler of course, mostly in the 50's. Norconian is Mt. San Jacinto State Park. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Guesthouse Intl Norco is a wonderful place to spend a night or two, and if you're here, you could also stop at wonderful Swan Lake. Lake Norconian is right by the Holy Jim Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Howard Johnson Express Inn.
