Lake Norconian is ordinarily a pretty dry place; the month with most of the rain is January while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Lake Norconian is not far at all       from Los Angeles-Long Beach-Santa Ana, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Joplin Trail. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Lake Norconian, and the nighttime is a bit cooler of course, mostly in the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are typically in the 60's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Lake Norconian temperatures descend to the 40's. What would winter be without some skiing at Mt.
