All through the winter highs are frequently in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Noble Lake are in the 10's. Noble Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Lakes are good; Asa Lake is a lake that's near Noble Lake, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Burnside Lake       Trail. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Noble Lake it's a magnificent idea to take a look at Bear Tree Meadow, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Noble Lake; Pacific Crest Trail - section 13 is a pleasant local trail. So much cool stuff in the Northern Sierra Nevada, just tremendous. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at nearby Bull Lake; if you need a spot to stay Super 8 Gardnerville/Carson City                  is a nice choice. The high level of rainfall makes Noble Lake a pretty wet site; the month with most of the snow is January while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. And that's not everything you can do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Dry warm beds await you at The Mountain Club, and do take a hike on the Charity Valley Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The summit of Highland Peak can be distinguished from Noble Lake, and Highland Lakes Campground is a nice local campground. What would winter be without some skiing at Kirkwood. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! Noble Lake is peerless! Gotta ski! Bear Valley is a perfect spot to do that; Noble Lake is a nice place to visit for more than one day, Bloomfield Campground is a nice place to camp nearby.
