Going for a hike on the Deacon Lee Trail is always a magnificent adventure, and after a long day outdoors Baymont Inn Yreka is a glorious spot to spend a night or two. The amount of rainfall that falls at Neil Lake is close to the national average; December is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is July. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a glorious time here at Neil Lake. Lakes? Sure,       Big Blue Lake is in the neighborhood; if you came for an overnight stay Idlewild Campground is a glorious place to camp. Just can't get enough of the Klamath Mountains. There are other spots here than Neil Lake, for example Hogan Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Tanners Peak Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Klamath Mountains. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Neil Lake with nighttime lows in the 50's. All through                  the winter highs are generally in the 40's; night lows throughout the winter for Neil Lake tend to be in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Get drenched paddling on Salmon River - South Fork, and Trail Creek Campground is a delightful campground nearby. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Klamath Mountains.
