While you're here at Natalie Lake you can take a hike along the Cherry Point Trail, and camping at Cold Springs Campground is always a glorious experience. A great location for whitewater       paddling close to Natalie Lake is Fordyce Creek. This lake is so wonderful. On a delightful day at Natalie Lake you can take a hike along the Loch Leven Trail; you can run the rapids of Yuba River - South Fork. A great nearby hotel is Plumpjack Squaw Valley Inn; Snow Mountain is trouble-free to spot from Natalie Lake. Just can't get enough of the Northern Sierra Nevada. A tremendous place to camp here at Natalie Lake is Sterling Lake Campground; going                  for a hike along the Long Valley Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. Through the months of summer highs here at Natalie Lake reach the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's.
