This place, Mountain Lake, it simply has so much outdoors cool stuff. You'll meet a lot of people from Red Bluff here. There are some great whitewater spots on Antelope Creek, and Rio Vista Mobile Estates is a great local campground. The amount of precipitation that falls at Mountain Lake is close to the national average; the month with most of the rain is January, and the driest       month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. A great close by hotel is Comfort Inn Red Bluff, and it's a great idea to check out Inks Creek. If you come at the right time of year, Battle Creek offers some great whitewater, and Red Bluff RV Park is a great campground nearby. For the duration of the months of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 90's at Mountain Lake; the overnight is quite colder of course, usually in the 60's. Highs during the winter                  are mostly in the 50's; overnight lows through the wintertime for Mountain Lake tend to be in the 30's.
