go for a hike on the Temelpa Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Bootjack Trail is always a great adventure. If you need a location to stay Stanyan Park (Le) is a perfect choice; Twin Peaks Reservoir is a
splendid lake close by. Dry warm beds await you at Geary Parkway Motel, and there are other places here than Mountain Lake, for example Sunset Reservoir.
So much amusing stuff to do here at Mountain Lake, too good to be true.
A brilliant site like Lindley Meadow here at Mountain Lake is too delightful to miss; you can hit the beach if you want, Baker Beach is practically right here. Mountain Lake generally gets much rain; January is when you get the most
rain here while July is regularly the driest month. Don't forget to take a wonderful little trip to Lobos Creek, and if you came for an overnight stay Edventure More is a great spot to camp.
At Mountain Lake through the long summer
days highs are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 50's; during the dark hours in the winter at Mountain Lake temperatures drop to the 30's.
