Big Marshy Lake is a lake in the neighborhood; after a long day outdoors Baymont Inn & Suites Yreka is a perfect spot to spend a night or two. Mosquito Lake is one of the lakes here in the Klamath Mountains. Throughout the summer highs here at Mosquito Lake get into the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures

| | descend down into the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's; overnight lows at Mosquito Lake throughout the winter mostly fall into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. On a fine day at Mosquito Lake you can take a hike along the Deacon Lee Trail; there's whitewater on Coffee Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers. out of the ordinary stuff, have a look at Black Rock, and camping at Horse Flat Campground is always a tremendous experience. Mosquito Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Scott Mountain Campground is a delightful
local campground, and the Echo Lake Trail is a glorious hiking trail nearby. So much cool stuff in the Klamath Mountains, just remarkable. Mosquito Lake is a location that is rather dried up commonly; most of the rain falls all
through December; the driest month is July. You're almost certainly addicted to lakes, Little Marshy Lake is one of those nearby, and you can run the rapids of Trinity River.
