This lake is so wonderful. You'll find a beautiful lake called Corcoran Lagoon near Moran Lake, and De Laveaga Golf Course & Lodge is a golf course nearby. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend San Lorenzo
River, and Pine Knoll Mobile Manor is a brilliant local campground. All through the days of summer, highs regularly are in the 70's at Moran Lake, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The winter comes with highs
in the 50's; nighttime lows in the 30's for Moran Lake. Do have a look at Bonita Lagoon close to Moran Lake, it's a scenic lake, and a swamp like Arana Marsh in close proximity to Moran Lake has lots of out of the ordinary things
to see.
Why not explore Black Point also if you're here, and Moran Lake is right by the Rincon Fire Road Trail. Since you're here at Moran Lake why not stop at Arana Gulch, and if you came for an overnight stay Beach RV Park is a great place to camp.
