The beauty of Moon Lake attracts many people from all around. This lake is one of the great places here in the San Bernardino Mountains. A great nearby hotel is North Bay At Lake Arrowhead, and glorious hiking is available along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 6. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water? Try Dart Creek, and you can stay the night at Camp Seely La City Recreation.

| | just mind-blowing. Everybody loves Huston Flat, and you can go for a hike on the McKinley Firebreak. Summertime at Moon Lake comes with high temperatures in the 90's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 50's while the cold winter nights at Moon Lake are in the 20's.

There's so much to do here at Moon Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Dogwood Campground is a glorious location for that. And if you're still looking for more outdoors entertaining things just keep reading. Going for a hike
on the Miller Canyon Trail is always a good adventure; enjoy a round of golf at Shandin Hills Golf Club. Red Rock Wall Point is clearly visible from Moon Lake, and the slopes of Snow Valley are so inviting noone can resist.
Life's
too short to enjoy all the exciting things in the San Bernardino Mountains. There are other sites here than Moon Lake, for example Lake Gregory; LAKE ARROWHEAD RESORT is a tremendous site to get some rest. An average amount of rainfall
falls at Moon Lake; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain, and June meanwhile is the driest month.
