Monument Lake is a lake worth visiting. Summertime highs at Monument Lake generally tend to be in the 90's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. Highs through the winter are usually in the 40's with temperatures at Monument Lake dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. If you haven’t been to Oregon Caves National Monument, you should schedule some time for it since you're here, and Monument Lake is glorious

for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Hiking along the Salmon Summit Recreation Trail is wonderful fun, and whitewater paddling is pleasant on Wooley Creek. This lake is so wonderful. There's a forest here at Monument Lake
called Klamath National Forest, and Meteor Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. Monument Lake is a reasonably wet place typically with much rainfall; throughout the month of December you get the most rain around here
while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If you came to camp Sulphur Springs Campground is a great spot to do that; from Monument Lake you acquire a great panorama of No Mans Mountain. Just can't get enough
of the Klamath Mountains. If you get bored of Monument Lake, you could also have a look at nearby Onemile Lake, and Monument Lake is right by the Garden Gulch Trail.
