Good hiking is available along the Warm Springs Necktie Trail, and Walnut RV Park is a splendid campground nearby. Around Monteria Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; most of the rain falls during February, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Oak Spring Trail, and a gorgeous lake like Lees Lake is a pleasant location       to go to. All year is a brilliant time in the San Gabriel Mountains if you fancy the outdoors. If you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn & Suites is a perfect choice, and Browns Canyon is another good place to explore nearby. Going for a hike on the Dagger Flat Trail is always a great adventure; lakes are such calm locations, why not explore Chatsworth Reservoir. For the period of the summertime at Monteria Lake temperatures are usually in the 80's while night                  lows are frequently in the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Monteria Lake are in the 30's.
