Going for a hike along the Chilnualna Fall Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and a tremendous location to camp here at Lake Moic is Lupine-Cedar Bluffs Campground. The sights at Yosemite National Park will blow your mind, and Best Western Yosemite Gateway Inn is a great site to get some rest. For the period of the warm months highs here at Lake Moic get into the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Highs throughout the wintertime are usually in the 40's | |

while Lake Moic nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 20's. Having a great time in the Central Sierra Nevada is painless. Lake Moic is not the only location nearby, Manzanita Lake is a nearby lake, and Teaford Saddle
is a splendid spot to spend some time.
But wait, there's more entertaining things to do in the Central Sierra Nevada. You're sure to run into some friendly folks from Madera here. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await
you at Oakhurst Lodge, and get dripping wet paddling on Willow Creek. The vista of beautiful Goat Mountain near Lake Moic is great, and Lake Moic is great enough to spend more than a day at, Wishon Village is a great local campground.
