Lake Moic is located in the Central Sierra Nevada. Do pay a visit to Yosemite National Park if you're here at Lake Moic; if you come at the right time of year, Willow Creek offers some perfect whitewater. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things near Lake Moic. Camping is available at Lupine-Cedar Bluffs Campground; the sight of Goat Mountain is wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. High temperatures at Lake Moic       throughout the months of summer are in the 80's; the night is quite cooler of course, frequently in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Lake Moic temperatures drop to the 20's. Yep, outdoors fun things truly is plentiful here in the Central Sierra Nevada. Lake Moic is not far at all from Madera; if you get bored of Lake Moic you could also stop by close by Manzanita Lake. If you want a tremendous                  time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Central Sierra Nevada. A fine location to camp here at Lake Moic is Wishon Village; a great place to have a look at is Teaford Saddle. This lake is so wonderful. Best Western Yosemite Gateway Inn is a magnificent location to get some rest, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Chilnualna Fall Trail. Lake Moic gets a lot of water; through the month of January you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is July.
