If you need a location to stay Oakridge Inn is a great choice, and while you're here why not explore Lion Canyon. This lake is so wonderful. Mirror Lake is a tremendous location to visit for more than one day, Lake Casitas Recreation Area is a tremendous location to camp nearby. Lakes? Sure, Matilija Lake is in close proximity. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Sierra Madre. A nice       vista of beautiful Krotona Hill is available from Mirror Lake, and Lake Casitas is a good lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Channel Islands National Park is a great local destination here at Mirror Lake, and there's good hiking along the Cozy Dell Trail. Throughout the summer at Mirror Lake temperatures are usually in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are typically in the                  60's while Mirror Lake nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 40's. Mirror Lake is located in the Sierra Madre. Yep, outdoors fun stuff truly is bountiful here in the Sierra Madre. Camp Comfort Park is a wonderful campground nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Emerald Iguana Inn. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Sespe Creek, and while you're here you can play some golf at Ojai Valley Inn and Spa Golf Course. During your journey to Mirror Lake you'll meet some people from Oxnard-Thousand Oaks-Ventura for sure, and the Foothill Trail offers hiking at its best. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Pratt Trail; don’t forget to stop at Devils Gulch if you're here at Mirror Lake. A typical amount of precipitation falls here at Mirror Lake; February is the wettest month with most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture.
