It's always fun to stop by Millpond Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Santa Cruz Mountains. So many exciting things to do here at Millpond Lake, too wonderful to be true. Camping is available at Kennolyn Camps; a round of golf at nearby De Laveaga Golf Course & Lodge is a great way to kill some time. Yeah, come here to Millpond Lake for a pleasant time.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll find a gorgeous lake called Brush Lagoon near Millpond

| | Lake; you can spend the day on the beach at Capitola Beach. Millpond Lake is a wet place that gets a good deal of precipitation; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain; July on the other hand is the driest. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Seacliff Inn, and if you came for an overnight stay New Brighton State Beach is a great location to camp.

and don't leave Millpond Lake without first paying a visit to Badger Spring. This lake is so wonderful. Take a little spree to Amaya Creek while you're here at Millpond Lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit San Lorenzo River.
The summit of Sugarloaf Mountain can be made out from Millpond Lake; if you come at the right time of year, San Lorenzo River offers some pleasant whitewater.
