The Northern Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a magnificent time here at Miller Lake. Some of the water nearby flows, like North Miller Creek, and Miller Lake is right by the Pacific Crest Trail - section 14. This lake is so wonderful. A good close by hotel is Americas Best       Value Inn Tahoe City/Lake Tahoe, and Miller Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Meeks Bay Resort & Marina is a splendid local campground. Lakes are such calm sites, why not stop by Richardson Lake in the vicinity of Miller Lake; a magnificent site to camp here at Miller Lake is General Creek Campground. From a rain point of view Miller Lake is a quite common place; January is the wettest month with most snow while July is the month with the                  least amount of precipitation. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! The Northern Sierra Nevada is great! Really perfect skiing awaits you at Alpine Meadows; hiking along the Highland Trail is brilliant fun. This lake is so wonderful. One of the principal characteristics of the surroundings of Miller Lake is Ellis Peak, and if you need a place to stay Granlibakken Lodge and Conference Center is a brilliant choice. Now, you may think that's heaps but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Miller Lake. There are other places here than Miller Lake, for example Lily Lake. Float down the rapids of Silver Creek - South Fork in a kayak; you can never get enough of the delightful skiing at Homewood. Summertime highs at Miller Lake generally tend to be in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Miller Lake are in the 10's. Now, you may believe that's a heap but there's even more fun things to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada.
