There's so much to do here at McMurray Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Weaver lake Campground is a splendid spot for that. McMurray Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Sierra Nevada. This lake       is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Chalet View Lodge is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two; Toms Creek is near McMurray Lake and is always a bliss to stop by. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Stay the night at McMurray Campground, and the sight of gorgeous Bowman Mountain is fine. McMurray Lake is a good place of normal rainfall; through January this area sees the most rain while July is frequently                  the driest month. All year is a splendid time in the Northern Sierra Nevada if you fancy the outdoors. Soda Springs is a good local ski area, and this is a popular spot for folks from Truckee-Grass Valley. So much amusing stuff close to McMurray Lake, definitely extraordinary. The scenery at Weaver Dam in the vicinity of McMurray Lake is wonderful; going for a hike on the Round Lake Trail is always a delightful adventure. Yep, outdoors fun things to do are really bountiful here at McMurray Lake. Near McMurray Lake you come across the Crooked Lakes Trail which is a delightful hiking trail. High temperatures at McMurray Lake all through the warmest time of the year are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 40's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to McMurray Lake. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Yuba River - North Fork, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Royal Gorge is pretty near.
