A visit to Mavis Lake is always a good idea. This lake is one of the great places here in the Klamath Mountains. Now, you may think that's lots but there's even more exciting stuff to do here in the Klamath Mountains. Camping at Goldfield Campground is always a brilliant experience, and tremendous hiking is available along the Deacon Lee Trail.

| | month with the least amount of precipitation. All through the warm months here at Mavis Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 90's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are ordinarily in the 40's while Mavis Lake overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's. visiting mood you can always visit close by Fox Creek Lake, and Mavis Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Goldfish Campground is a wonderful local campground.
There's whitewater on Coffee Creek for all you thrill
seekers, and if you're here, you could check out Wolford Creek. You definitely should like Mavis Lake. Schuler Gulch is a splendid spot to explore, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Mavis Lake; Tanners Peak Trail is a glorious
local trail. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Trinity River close to Mavis Lake, and Lewiston Hotel is a glorious place to get some rest.
