You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the area next to Martin Pond has to offer. Martin Pond gets very little rainfall; most of the rain falls during March, and July is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Martin       Pond there are plenty of folks from Fresno, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Willow Lake. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Kings River - South Fork, and obviously, this is a pleasant area for people who like lakes, Helmke Pond is a lake nearby. Martin Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Four Seasons Mobile Park is a great local campground, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn SELMA-SWANCOURT                  is a great place to spend a night or two. Summer at Martin Pond comes with high temperatures in the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's.
