Indian Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at,       and why not take a refreshing hike along the Clear Creek Trail. At Marlahan Pond during the months of summer highs are in the 90's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. All through the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 40's, and overnight lows through the winter for Marlahan Pond tend to be in the 30's. Marlahan Pond is right by the Pacific Crest Trail - section 18, and you can run the rapids of Klamath River. You can never                  get enough of the pleasant skiing at Mt. Ashland. What a location this is for outdoors people. After a long day outdoors Baymont Inn Yreka is a nice place to spend a night or two, and Oro Fino Pond is a nearby lake that you could explore. This lake is so wonderful. A good spot to camp here at Marlahan Pond is Mountain Village RV Park; you could always explore Scott Valley. Take a hike on the Deacon Lee Trail; a lake close by is Blue Pond.
