month with most of the rain is January, and the driest month is July. Summertime highs at Malibu Lagoon regularly tend to be in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 60's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Malibu Lagoon.

 | 13 miles away I stopped by here because I noticed there was rock worth exploring for climbing, but when I approached the gate, it said the area was closed to the public. This seemed like a great place to visit, get some climbing in and then take a dip in the lake. If anyone has any further information about the closing, please post it.... |

 | 16 miles away 1 PHOTO Hi, please take a look at the attached photo. I took it today in La Jolla Canyon, at the water fall (dry now). Notice that a large rock appears to be loose and or without support. It looks like the rock is supporting the trail above. Someone should take a closer look at that rock. In heavy rain it could come down. It looks unstable.... |
