Magalia Reservoir is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. At Magalia Reservoir you always meet someone from Chico, and you can run the rapids of Big Kimshew Creek. Camping at Magalia Reservoir is good fun, Pine Ridge Travel Trailer Park is a good local campground, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Murphy Trail. You believe that's enough? And if that's not enough there's a lot more cool stuff to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Why not camp at Paradise Trailer Park since you're here at Magalia Reservoir, and Magalia Reservoir is right by the Graham Trail. Northern Sierra Nevada. A great place for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Magalia Reservoir is Butte Creek, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Paradise Pines Golf Course.

great journey? Lassen Volcanic National Park is rather near Magalia Reservoir. Magalia Reservoir is a good site of typical precipitation; most of the rain falls during January while July is generally the driest month. Summer brings
highs in the 80's to Magalia Reservoir. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. During the wintertime highs are regularly in the 50's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Magalia Reservoir.
