The beauty of Magalia Reservoir is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Comfort Inn Central is a great site to get some rest, and on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Murphy Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Sierra Nevada. Yep, outdoors entertaining things truly is plentiful here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. After a long day outdoors Paradise Inn is a wonderful site to spend a night or two, and Quail Trails Village

Magalia Reservoir is a good place of normal precipitation; during the month of January you get the most rain around here, and July on the other hand is the driest. The Graham Trail is a glorious hiking trail right next door to Magalia Reservoir; whitewater paddling is great on Butte Creek. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Magalia Reservoir. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Northern Sierra Nevada. A visit to Fortyniner Gulch is always fun, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water,
you can always go whitewater paddling on Big Kimshew Creek. Through the long summer days at Magalia Reservoir highs are generally in the 80's. Summer night lows descend down to the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are generally
in the 50's; overnight lows in the 30's for Magalia Reservoir. One of the dominant highlights of the surroundings of Magalia Reservoir is Sawmill Peak; if you came for an overnight stay Paradise Trailer Park is a good place to camp.
Any time is a great time at Magalia Reservoir if you go for the outdoors. You'll stumble on a scenic lake called Lake De Sabla near Magalia Reservoir, and an afternoon playing golf at Paradise Pines Golf Course is always a bliss.
Whiskey Flat is right here at Magalia Reservoir, and of course, all our national parks are good places to take a look at and Lassen Volcanic National Park is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful lake like Paradise Lake close to Magalia Reservoir is a fine spot to explore, and you'll meet a lot of people from Chico here.
