Having a fine time at Lucky Lake is trouble-free. The Buck Ridge Trail is a great hiking trail right next door to Lucky Lake, and of course Balm of Gilead Creek is a wonderful stream that is worth checking out. Lucky Lake is a great place to visit for more than one day, Hammerhorn Campground is a great place to camp nearby, and a pretty lake like Swan Lake is a wonderful place to check out. Man, is there heaps of fun things to do in the Klamath Mountains. You

| | are in close proximity to Fern Point if you're here at Lucky Lake, and a glorious site like Foster Glades here at Lucky Lake is too fine to miss. An average amount of rainfall falls at Lucky Lake; the month with most of the rain is January, and July meanwhile is the driest month. On a wonderful day at Lucky Lake you can take a hike along the Haynes Delight Trail, and lakes are such peaceful locations, why not take a look at Henthorne Lake. This lake is so | |

wonderful. While you're here at Lucky Lake you can take a hike along the Wrights Valley Trail, and if you need a place to stay Super 8 Willits is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Little Doe Campground,
and Mad River is a splendid whitewater spot nearby. The Klamath Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Through the summer months here at Lucky Lake, high temperatures usually get into the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures
plunge down into the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's while Lucky Lake nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 30's. So much fun stuff to do here in the Klamath Mountains, too great to be true. Georges
Valley is close to Lucky Lake and is a good location, and in case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Eel River - North Fork.
