Sure, Lake Helen is near Lower Seven Lake, and the Castle Lake Trail is a delightful hiking trail close by. So much fun stuff to do here at Lower Seven Lake, too good to be true. The skiing at Mount Shasta is fine, and Quality Inn & Suites Weed is a good place to get some rest. Panther Rock is something you shouldn't miss while you're here at Lower Seven Lake.
