California has many beautiful lakes and Lower Rose Lake is one of them. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting things the Sierra Madre has to offer. Stay the night at Rose Valley Campground; if you need a spot to stay Hummingbird Inn is a wonderful choice. Lower Rose Lake is located in the Sierra Madre. It's always glorious to stop by Rose Valley Falls, and you might also want to pay a visit to Rose Valley since you're here at Lower Rose Lake.

| | Near Lower Rose Lake you stumble on the Middle Sespe Trail which is a splendid hiking trail. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lower Rose Lake has to offer, you can camp at Middle Lion Campground, and going for a hike on the Horn Canyon Trail is always a magnificent adventure. Lower Rose Lake gets very little rain; most of the rain falls through February; the driest of the months is July. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! The Sierra Madre rules! You can run the rapids
of Sespe Creek close to Lower Rose Lake; unsurprisingly Howard Creek flows through this area. This lake is so wonderful. Upper Rose Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Rose
Lion Trail.
Summer at Lower Rose Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 90's with nighttime lows in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are usually in the 60's; nighttime lows through the winter for Lower Rose Lake
tend to be in the 30's. If you want a magnificent time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Lower Rose Lake. Visiting Channel Islands National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and Piedra Blanca is something you shouldn't miss while you're here.
