All year is a great time in the Coast Ranges if you like the outdoors. Camping at Bailey Canyon Campground is always a perfect experience, and Rice Lake is an out of the ordinary swamp near Lost Lake. So much fun stuff to do here in the Coast Ranges, too great to be true. There's whitewater on Eel River - North Fork for all you adrenaline people, and Indian Springs is a delightful site to stop at while you're at Lost Lake.
