If you are in this part of California make sure to pay a visit to Lost Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Lost Lake without first going for a hike along the Cucamonga Peak Trail; Comfort Inn Fontana is a tremendous location to get some rest. Lost Lake in fact is in the middle of a picturesque outdoors paradise. Go for a hike on the Cable Canyon Trail, and why not camp at Cajon Campground while you're here at Lost Lake. There's fine hiking along the Ontario

| | Peak Trail, and while you're here, you might as well take a look at Blue Cut. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors fun stuff the San Gabriel Mountains has to offer. High temperatures at Lost Lake all through the long summer days are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. For the period of the winter the highs are mostly in the 60's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Lost Lake temperatures descend | |

to the 40's. Gotta ski! Mt. Baldy is a glorious location to do that; if you need a place to stay Best Western Cajon Pass is a fine choice. The amount of rainfall that falls at Lost Lake is close to the national average; throughout
February this area sees the most rain while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. The San Gabriel Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! The San Gabriel Mountains is unbeatable!
What would winter be without some skiing at Mountain High, and Applewhite Campground is a fine local campground.
