     Lost Lake is a nice lake to visit. You definitely should go for the Central Sierra Nevada. If you come at the right time of year, Tenaya Creek offers some brilliant whitewater; Upper Pines Campground is a brilliant campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Clouds Rest Trail, and don't miss out on a trip to Yosemite National Park if you're here. Lost Lake is a wet place that gets a good deal of rain; January is the wettest  
   month with most rain, and the driest month is July.
These mountains rock, just explore all the entertaining things to do in the Central Sierra Nevada. Ahwiyah Point is clearly visible from Lost Lake, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Badger Pass since you're here. Good hiking is available along the Mist Trail, and Lost Lake is a wonderful place to visit for more than one day, North Pines Campground is a wonderful place to camp nearby.
 
               All the outdoors entertaining things near Lost Lake will keep you coming back persistently. The Ahwahnee is a glorious spot to get some rest; you're in all probability into lakes, Mirror Lake is one of those close by.
Man, is there lots of amusing things to do in the Central Sierra Nevada. The Central Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. Having a wonderful time at Lost Lake is trouble-free. Illilouette Creek flows through this vicinity, and there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Yosemite Creek.
It's always great to have a look at Iron Spring, and dry warm beds await you at dnc -- Wawona Hotel. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lost Lake; Half Dome Trail is a good local trail; most likely you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Emerald Pool is just a very short distance away. Don't leave Lost Lake without first checking out Diving Board, and a fine spot to visit close by is Illilouette Gorge.
At Lost Lake all through the summertime months highs are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and night lows at Lost Lake all through the wintertime usually plunge into the 20's.
