    Lost Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. You clearly have to like Lost Lake. Iron Spring is a tremendous local attraction. Yep, outdoors cool things to do are truly plentiful here at Lost Lake. Going for a hike on the Mist Trail is always a perfect adventure, and a delightful place for whitewater paddling is Tenaya Creek. The warmest time of the year at Lost Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's with overnight lows in  
   the 50's. Through the winter highs are regularly in the 40's, and night lows at Lost Lake during the wintertime ordinarily plunge into the 20's.
This lake is so wonderful. Yosemite National Park is a good local destination here at Lost Lake, and a tremendous nearby hotel is The Ahwahnee. Not far from Lost Lake, you'll come across Hidden Lake which is a wonderful lake, and camping at Upper Pines Campground is always a good experience. Lost Lake gets a lot
 
               of water; January is the wettest month with most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month.
If you like skiing, you're in luck; Badger Pass is near Lost Lake, and dnc -- Wawona Hotel is a great place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side trip to Illilouette Creek; in case you don’t mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Yosemite Creek. So much amusing stuff to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada, too great to be true. You might want to pay a visit to Illilouette Gorge if you're here at Lost Lake; camping is available at North Pines Campground.
Diving Board is a great location to go to while in the neighborhood, and nice hiking is available along the Clouds Rest Trail. All year is a delightful time in the Central Sierra Nevada if you like the outdoors. Go for a hike on the Half Dome Trail, and Ahwiyah Point is a peak you can make out from Lost Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Sierra Nevada.
