If you are in this part of California make sure to pay a visit to Lost Lake. This lake is so wonderful. On a pretty day you can pop by Kiva Beach in close proximity to Lost Lake; after a long day outdoors Royal Inn is a splendid place to spend a night or two. You can run the rapids of American River - South Fork near Lost Lake; Lost Lake is right by the Pacific Crest Trail - section 14. | | with most snow, and July on the other hand is the driest. Yeah, come here to Lost Lake for a glorious time. Stay the night at Sayles Flat Campground, and the Hawley Grade Trail offers hiking at its best. That right there is plenty of fun stuff already but it goes on, the Northern Sierra Nevada has it all. During your journey to Lost Lake you'll meet some folks from Gardnerville Ranchos for sure, and why not take a refreshing hike along the General Creek Trail. | |

So much amusing stuff to do here at Lost Lake, too wonderful to be true. Cathedral Peak is something you shouldn't miss if you're here at Lost Lake, and don’t forget to visit Haypress Meadows while you're here at Lost Lake. This
lake is so wonderful. Lost Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Fortyfive Mile Campground is a delightful campground here; the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Sierra at Tahoe.
Summertime highs at Lost Lake generally tend to be in the 70's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Lost Lake. If you have a thing about the
outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. It's always magnificent to stop at Glen Alpine Spring, and a day at beautiful Baldwin Beach in the neighborhood of Lost Lake is a pleasant thing to do. The
snow is great at Kirkwood, and a glorious location for whitewater paddling is Silver Creek - South Fork. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Fantasy Inn And Wedding Chapel is a delightful choice, and playing
golf is lots of fun at Tahoe Paradise Golf Course. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff in the Northern Sierra Nevada. At Lost Lake you can spot Angora Peak; if you get bored of Lost Lake you could also stop at nearby Cagwin Lake.
