The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Log Lake temperatures fall to the 20's. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Log Lake. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Trinity River, and if you came to camp Horse Flat Campground is a good place to       do that. Visit Horse Creek since you're here at Log Lake; camping at Pinewood Cove Resort is always a splendid experience. Having a delightful time in the Klamath Mountains is uncomplicated. While you're here at Log Lake, you could also visit beautiful Wee Bear Lake; do take a hike on the Echo Lake Trail. Log Lake is a beautiful lake in the Klamath Mountains. But wait, there's more enjoyable things to do in the Klamath Mountains. This lake is so wonderful.                  Do stop by Big Bear Lake near Log Lake, it's a beautiful lake; there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Coffee Creek.
