Why not stop by Lloyd Lake if you're passing through these parts. Going for a hike along the Bootjack Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and All Star Hotel is a wonderful location to get some rest. Lots of folks from San Francisco-Oakland-Fremont come to Lloyd Lake, and if you're a golfer then a tremendous nearby course is Presidio Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. Summer at Lloyd Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's; nighttime lows in the 30's for Lloyd Lake. Lloyd Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Battery Alexander Campground is a delightful local campground; a visit to Lloyd Lake wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Huntington Falls. | |

There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Lloyd Lake. One of the best things about Lloyd Lake is its proximity to Baker Beach, and after a long day outdoors Stanyan Park (Le) is a delightful place to spend a night or two.
Getting to Lobos Creek from Lloyd Lake is trouble-free. Be careful coming to Lloyd Lake, you might not ever want to return back home again. Beaches are good; and China Beach in the vicinity of Lloyd Lake is no exception, and if the
weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Temelpa Trail. Visiting Golden Gate National Recreation Area is just something you need to do if you haven't yet; while you're here you can take a hike along the Ben Johnson Trail.
The panorama of beautiful Lone Mountain near Lloyd Lake is brilliant, and you don't should go far to enjoy George Washington Bicentennial Grove. Lloyd Lake gets lots of water; January is when you get the most rain here, and July meanwhile
is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Lloyd Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Kirby Cove Campground is a great place for that; a trip to nearby Lands End is very relaxing.
