This lake is so wonderful. This is a good area for people who like lakes. Grassy Lake is a lake around here, and do take a hike on the Chaos Crags Trail. Lakes are fine; Porcupine Reservoir is a lake that's in the vicinity of Little Lake; why not take a refreshing hike along the Bunchgrass Trail. Not much rainfall falls here at Little       Lake; most of the rain falls during January while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. So many exciting things to do here in the Southern Cascade Range, too pleasant to be true. That right there is heaps already, but it keeps on going; Little Lake has it all. Stay the night at Rocky Campground, and hiking along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 16 is great fun. The Southern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Man, is there a load                  of enjoyable things to do in the Southern Cascade Range. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Pit River. There's so much to do here at Little Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Bridge Campground is a wonderful place for that. Summertime at Little Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 90's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 40's.
