Little Lake is a lake worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. It's always brilliant to pop by Fossil Falls, and you can stay the night at El Solana Mobile Home Park. All through the days of summer at Little Lake temperatures are generally in the 90's with nighttime lows in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Little Lake are in the 20's.
And if that's not sufficient there's a lot more exciting things to do

| | in the Southern Sierra Nevada. While staying at Little Lake you could always look at Little Lake Canyon; get yourself into a kayak and hit Kern River - South Fork. Little Lake is one of the lakes here in the Southern Sierra Nevada. Little Lake is pretty dried up frequently; February is the month that gets the most rain while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
You'll need more than a day to explore everything Little Lake has to offer, you can camp at Kennedy Meadows Campground, and Econo Lodge Ridgecrest is a good site to get some rest. | |
