Really good skiing awaits you at Royal Gorge, and you can go for a hike on the Butcher Ranch Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Chalet View Lodge is a splendid location to get some rest, and Little Gold Lake is a pleasant                  spot to visit for more than one day, Berger Campground is a pleasant spot to camp nearby. Little Gold Lake is a good location of normal precipitation; the wettest month of the year is commonly January, that's the one that rains the most while July is commonly the driest month.
