California has many beautiful lakes and Little Five Lakes is one of them. Little Five Lakes is one of the lakes here in the Southern Sierra Nevada. A glorious place to camp here at Little Five Lakes is Atwell Mill Campground, and Mount Eisen can be spotted from Little Five Lakes. For the period of the months of summer at Little Five Lakes highs are commonly in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come

| | with highs in the 40's while Little Five Lakes nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 20's.
This lake is so wonderful. Float down the rapids of Kern River in a kayak, and Little Five Lakes is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Cold Spring Campground is a wonderful local campground. The annual rainfall here at Little Five Lakes is about average; January is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month of the year is July. | |

And that's not all you can do here at Little Five Lakes. Go for a hike on the Hockett Meadows Trail, and Western Holiday Lodge Three Rivers is a glorious location to get some rest.

Nevada. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Kaweah River - Middle Fork, and going for a hike on the Sawtooth Pass Trail is always a nice adventure. And if that's not enough there's loads more exciting things to do in the Southern Sierra
Nevada. Good hiking is available along the Atwell Hockett Trail. A lake nearby is Big Five Lakes, and nearby Black Rock Pass is a splendid site to go.
