Little Claire Lake is always a pleasure to visit. This spot, the Southern Sierra Nevada, has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. A wonderful nearby hotel is Western Holiday Lodge Three Rivers; close by you discover great spots like Franklin Pass. Little Claire Lake is a great site to camp, Cold Spring Campground is a great site, and on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Hockett Meadows Trail. So much cool stuff to do in the Southern Sierra Nevada,

You simply must like Little Claire Lake. From Little Claire Lake you obtain a delightful view of Rainbow Mountain, and the Atwell Hockett Trail is a splendid hiking trail close by. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Kern River is so much fun; if the weather is delightful, you can go for a hike along the Sawtooth Pass Trail. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to nearby Forester Lake; you can stay the night at Atwell | |

The Southern Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. The warmest time of the year at Little Claire Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. Daytime highs
during the wintertime are in the 40's, and night lows at Little Claire Lake through the wintertime regularly plunge into the 20's. Little Claire Lake gets a normal amount of rain; January is the wettest month with most rain while July is generally the driest month.
