Little Caribou Lake is a good spot of common precipitation; December is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month is July. Just can't get enough of the Klamath Mountains. Lower Caribou Lake is a nice lake close to Little Caribou Lake; Big Flat Campground is a splendid local campground. The view of Caribou Mountain from Little Caribou Lake is scenic, and don't leave Little Caribou Lake without first going for a hike along the Deacon Lee Trail.

| | This lake is so wonderful. There's nice hiking along the Tanners Peak Trail, and Salmon River - South Fork has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. Whitewater paddling is fine on Coffee Creek, and Blue Lady Spring is an inspiring place to visit while you're here. Do set aside some time for Browns Meadow while you're here at Little Caribou Lake; Trail Creek Campground is a great campground nearby. And that's not everything you can do here in the Klamath Mountains. Big Conrad Gulch is a great
site to have a look at near Little Caribou Lake, and the views at Whiskeytown National Recreation Area will blow your mind. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Snowslide Lake is in close proximity.
