The Northern Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. Here at Lindsey Lakes there are plenty of folks from Truckee-Grass Valley; hiking is a popular thing to do around Lindsey Lakes; Crooked Lakes Trail is a nice local trail. Summertime highs at Lindsey Lakes commonly tend to be in the 90's, and the night is quite chillier of course, generally in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's while       Lindsey Lakes overnight low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Bowman Mountain Trail; Bowman Mountain is picturesque and can be seen from here. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Loney Meadow is a great place to stretch your legs a bit. There's so much to do here at Lindsey Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Lindsey Campground                  is a great site for that. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff to do are in fact abundant here at Lindsey Lakes. If you came to camp Carr-Feeley Campground is a fine place to do that, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Soda Springs. This place, the Northern Sierra Nevada, has so much outdoors fun stuff. You could also explore Carr Lake if you're here at Lindsey Lakes; it's nearby, and good skiing awaits you at Royal Gorge. Don't leave Lindsey Lakes without first checking out Windy Point Cliffs, and Lindsey Lakes is not the only site nearby, Lindsey Lakes is a nearby lake. Dry warm beds await you at Deer Creek Inn, and there's some flowing water close by, Alder Creek is a stream you can visit while here. This lake is so wonderful. Drift down the rapids of Yuba River - South Fork in a kayak; don't leave Lindsey Lakes without first going for a hike along the Round Lake Trail. You truly must like Lindsey Lakes. Get soaked paddling on Fordyce Creek.
