While you're here at Lindsey Lakes you can take a hike along the Bowman Mountain Trail, and Royal Gorge is a very popular ski area in the vicinity. There's so much to do here at Lindsey Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Lindsey Campground is a great spot for that, and Loney Meadow is a splendid spot to check out. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect panorama of pretty Bowman Mountain is       available from Lindsey Lakes; there are some splendid whitewater spots on Fordyce Creek. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is wonderful here at Lindsey Lakes, you can go for a hike along the Crooked Lakes Trail, and Lindsey Lakes is a nearby lake that you could visit. All year is a splendid time in the Northern Sierra Nevada if you adore the outdoors. Dry warm beds await you at Deer Creek Inn, and there's whitewater on Yuba River - South Fork for all                  you adrenaline rush seekers. Man, is there lots of exciting stuff to do in the vicinity of Lindsey Lakes. If you came to camp Carr-Feeley Campground is a nice site to do that. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. A lake close by is Carr Lake, and of course Alder Creek flows through this area. Summer at Lindsey Lakes arrives with high temperatures in the 90's while overnight lows are regularly in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's; night lows through the winter for Lindsey Lakes tend to be in the 20's. Lindsey Lakes is a spot with many visitors from Truckee-Grass Valley, and you need to go to Windy Point Cliffs while you're here. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Have a good hiking adventure along the Round Lake Trail, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Soda Springs.
