Willowbrook Golf Course is a golf course close to Lindo Lake, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Courtesy Inn is a nice spot to spend a night or two. Lindo Lake is one of the lakes here in the Santa Rosa Mountains. All the outdoors entertaining things next to Lindo Lake will keep you coming back many times. You'll hit upon a pretty lake called Lake Jennings near       Lindo Lake, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Los Penasquitos Creek. The friendly folks of San Diego-Carlsbad-San Marcos like to hang out close by; do go to Chet Harritt Dam if you're here. While you're here at Lindo Lake, you could also take a look at lovely San Vicente Reservoir, and if you came for an overnight stay Rancho Los Coches RV Park is a magnificent site to camp. It is very dried                  up here at Lindo Lake frequently; the month with most of the rain is March; the driest of the months is July. For the duration of the days of summer at Lindo Lake highs are frequently in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 60's, and nighttime lows in the 40's for Lindo Lake. Be careful coming to the Santa Rosa Mountains, you might not ever wanna return home again. Best Western Santee Lodge is a great location to get some rest, and of course Los Coches Creek flows through this neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful.
