Do stop by Lily Pond while you're in this part of California. A quick visit to White Rock Creek near Lily Pond is a splendid idea, and Yuba River - South Fork has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot nearby. Lily Pond really is in the middle of a delightful outdoors paradise. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Warren Lake Trail, and a pleasant journey to Bull Flat is a good way to spend an afternoon.

| | Nevada if you adore the outdoors. A day on the slopes of Royal Gorge is just what you need, and the Glacier Lakes Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Fordyce Creek is so much fun, and a great location to camp here at Lily Pond is Cold Springs Campground. Lily Pond is a wet location that gets a lot of rain; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture.

Pond is one of the lakes here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. What a place this is for outdoors folks. Buzzard Roost Lake is a tremendous lake close to Lily Pond, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Lily Pond; Lola Montez Trail
is a great local trail. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada, too magnificent to be true. If you need a site to stay Hoyfjellet Lodge is a fine choice, and why not camp at Van Norden Campground while you're
here at Lily Pond.
This lake is so wonderful. The summit of Buzzard Roost can be made out from Lily Pond, and dry warm beds await you at Always Inn Tahoe Bed and Breakfast. Head up to Soda Springs and strap some skis to your feet,
and while you're here why not visit Upper Jones Valley. For the period of the warm days of summer highs here at Lily Pond get into the 80's, and the nighttime is rather chillier of course, generally in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are usually in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Lily Pond are in the 20's.
