Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff in the vicinity of Lily Lake. There are some perfect whitewater spots on Hayfork Creek; camping is available at Big Slide Campground. A great deal of rainfall falls at Lily Lake; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain while July is frequently the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always       check out nearby Friend Lake, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Blake Trail. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Coast Ranges, too perfect to be true. If you came for an overnight stay Slide Creek Campground is a magnificent location to camp, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the County Line Trail. All year is a magnificent time in the Coast Ranges if you fancy the outdoors. Dean Creek Resort is a glorious place to get some                  rest, and some nearby water includes Butter Creek. If the weather is nice here at Lily Lake, you can go for a hike along the Dan East Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Trinity River - South Fork. This lake is so wonderful. On a beautiful day you get a panorama of Limedyke Mountain from Lily Lake. This is a perfect vicinity for people who like lakes. Maddox Lake is a lake around here; Oak Flat is a brilliant place to check out. Summertime at Lily Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's.
