Why not stop by Lily Lake if you're passing through these parts. You need to take a look at Dutchmans Rock since you're here at Lily Lake, and a short tour to Broko Spring is always worthwhile. This lake is so wonderful. Beaches are great; and Red Rock Beach in close proximity to Lily Lake is no exception; Alpine Dam is not far at all from Lily Lake. Dell Campground is a glorious local campground, and do take a hike on the Colier Spring Trail. Lily Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain while July is generally
the driest month.
Have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Lagunitas Fire Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Fairfax Inn. Hiking along the Alice Eastwood Trail is wonderful fun; a perfect forest nearby is Bishop Pine Grove.
This lake is so wonderful. Muir Woods National Monument is a nice place in the vicinity of Lily Lake, and getting to Barths Creek from Lily Lake is simple.
A fine spot to camp here at Lily Lake is Madrone Group Area Campground.
Bathtub Gap is a great site to look at, and swamps don’t sound that great but Hidden Lake near Lily Lake is pretty great. A good beach right next door to Lily Lake is Stinson Beach, and Sandpiper Lodging At The Beach is a great place to get some rest.
