A visit to Leland Reservoir is always a good idea. Leland Reservoir is a wet place that gets a lot of rainfall; January is when you get the most snow here; July is the month with the least moisture. Throughout the warm months at Leland Reservoir highs are usually in the 60's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; overnight lows at Leland Reservoir through the wintertime typically dip into the 10's. This lake is so

| | wonderful. Getting to Leland Creek from Leland Reservoir is uncomplicated; Catfish Lake is a great lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. There is a great hiking trail in the neighborhood of Leland Reservoir called the Emigrant Trail, and drift down the rapids of Stanislaus River - South Fork in a kayak. A pleasant tour to Fiddlers Green is a perfect way to spend an afternoon, and Bear Valley is a very popular ski area in the vicinity. Don't try to stop | |

me, cause I'm havin' a glorious time here at Leland Reservoir. Hit the slopes at Dodge Ridge in the vicinity, and some magnificent nature is available in Stanislaus National Forest. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors
fun stuff the Central Sierra Nevada has to offer. Here at Leland Reservoir you can see Pikes Peak, and paddling on Stanislaus River - Middle Fork is so much fun. The great people of Phoenix Lake-Cedar Ridge like to hang out close
by, and you can stay the night at Cascade Campground. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! The Central Sierra Nevada is peerless! Leland Reservoir is a tremendous place to visit for more than one day, Pinecrest Camp
Ground is a tremendous place to camp nearby, and lakes are such serene places, why not stop at Pinecrest Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Sierra Nevada.
