For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are mostly in the 50's; nighttime lows at Ledge Lake through the winter commonly fall into the 20's. Days Inn Bishop is a perfect spot to get some rest, and you'll find a wonderful lake called Margaret Lake. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! The Central Sierra Nevada is great! Ledge       Lake is a magnificent place to visit for more than one day, Aspen Meadow Campground is a magnificent place to camp nearby; a fine location nearby is Bishop Pass. So many amusing things next to Ledge Lake, simply phenomenal. Going for a hike along the Kings River Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and you have to unquestionably dedicate some time to Dusy Basin since you're here at Ledge Lake. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors                  cool stuff the Central Sierra Nevada has to offer. Have a fine hiking adventure along the John Muir Trail - Pacific Crest Section, and the vista of lovely Aperture Peak is tremendous. This lake is so wonderful. Get wet paddling on Kings River - Middle Fork; a spree to Devils Postpile National Monument is worthwhile. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Bishop, and Willow Campground is a brilliant local campground. While you're here at Ledge Lake you can take a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 11; a lovely lake like Saddlerock Lake is a magnificent location to have a look at. The Central Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful.
