When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 50's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Lake Wildwood. Here at Lake Wildwood you'll in all probability meet some people from Yuba City-Marysville. And if that's not enough, there's plenty more to do near Lake Wildwood. Not far from Lake Wildwood you come across Peacock       Point, and Yuba River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Why not check out nearby Squirrel Creek while you're here at Lake Wildwood; whitewater paddling is tremendous on Yuba River - South Fork. Just can't get enough of the Northern Sierra Nevada. Thousand Trails is a tremendous local campground, and going for a hike along the South Yuba Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. Lake Wildwood gets                  a common amount of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is regularly January, that's the one that rains the most, and July is when it's the driest. And if that's not enough there's plenty more entertaining stuff to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. After a long day outdoors Stagecoach Motel is a wonderful place to spend a night or two, and there are other places here than Lake Wildwood, for example Harry L. Englebright Lake. Union Reservoir is a magnificent lake in the neighborhood of Lake Wildwood; you should positively dedicate some time to Pleasant Valley since you're here at Lake Wildwood. This lake is so wonderful. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites GOLD MINERS INN-GRASS VALLEY is a glorious place to get some rest, and nothing beats kicking back at Pine Island Beach. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Sierra Nevada.
