California has many beautiful lakes and Lake Putt is one of them. For the duration of the warm months here at Lake Putt, high temperatures typically reach the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Lake Putt are in the 20's. Yep, outdoors fun things to do are truly bountiful here at Lake Putt. Why not camp at Bear Valley Campground if you're here at Lake Putt, and a lake close by is Fuller Lake. Head up to Royal Gorge and strap some skis to your feet, and if you came for an overnight stay North Fork Campground is a great site to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Man, is there a load of fun things to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. You can run the rapids of American River - North Fork near Lake Putt,
and a day on the slopes of Soda Springs is just what you need. Lake Putt gets lots of water; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. If
the weather is pleasant here at Lake Putt, you can go for a hike along the Burnett Canyon Trail, and do set aside some time for Putnam Valley since you're here at Lake Putt.
Going for a hike along the Eagle Bird Trail will let
you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and what would a spot like Lake Putt be without interesting close by highlights like Sailor Point. So much cool stuff to do here in the Northern Sierra Nevada, too nice to be true. The
Italian Bar Trail is a nice hiking trail close to Lake Putt; while you're here, you might as well go to Bear Valley. You absolutely should go for Lake Putt.
