This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Bear Mountain RV Resort is a magnificent spot to do that; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always check out nearby Lake Ming. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express BAKERSFIELD is a great spot to spend a night or two, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Bakersfield here.       Lake Paulina is a location that is pretty dried up typically; most of the rain falls through February; the driest of the months is July. Throughout the summertime, highs generally are in the 90's at Lake Paulina. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. All through the winter the highs are frequently in the 50's while Lake Paulina nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 30's. Vagabond Inn Bakersfield South is a good spot to get some                  rest. Lakes are magnificent; Hart Park Lake is a lake that's right next door to Lake Paulina.
