You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lake Oliver has to offer, you can camp at Moonrock Campground, and lakes are such calm       spots, why not visit Hedgpeth Lake. Be careful coming to Lake Oliver, you might not ever want to go back home again. Not far from Lake Oliver you can enjoy the trees of Pygmy Forest, and Lake Oliver is a good place to visit for more than one day, Plantation Farm Camp is a good place to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Clam Beach is near Lake Oliver and is a beautiful beach to visit. So much fun stuff in the Coast Ranges, just remarkable. Marshall                  Creek is a good local stream, and a day at charming Stump Beach next to Lake Oliver is a great thing to do. Rancheria Creek is a great whitewater spot in the vicinity of Lake Oliver, and Lake Lower is a wonderful lake close by. Lake Oliver is a beautiful lake in the Coast Ranges.
