Here is the lInk to my instrumental Lake Lagunitas: http://www.macjams.com/song/43859

Who would be interested in hearing an instrumental I composed called Laganitas Lake? I composed it a few days ago, and took some pictures of the lake and it's surroundings. There is a youtube video of it. - Bill Furner, Fingerstyle Guitarist and Orchestrator

If you like lakes and you're in this part of California you can check out Lake Lagunitas. Lake Lagunitas is a wet place that gets much precipitation; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. A great beach next to Lake Lagunitas is Red Rock Beach, and a tour to Muir Woods National Monument is worthwhile. You must stop by Pine Point when you're here at Lake Lagunitas; if you
need a location to stay Mill Valley Inn is a magnificent choice.
This lake is so wonderful. Bald Hill is wonderful and can be observed from Lake Lagunitas; Marin Park is a pleasant campground nearby. Take a little spree to Bill Williams Creek if you're here at Lake Lagunitas, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Lagunitas; Colier Spring Trail is a good local trail. A splendid nearby hotel is Four Points By Sheraton San Rafael, and the Lagunitas

Fire Trail offers hiking at its best.
If you would like a little side visit, try Fish Gulch, and there are other spots here than Lake Lagunitas, for example Phoenix Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Throughout the summertime at Lake Lagunitas temperatures are mostly in the 80's, and the overnight is rather cooler of course, regularly in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Lake Lagunitas.
Man, is there plenty of cool things to do near Lake Lagunitas. Everybody loves Azalea Flat, and if you came for an overnight stay Laurel Dell Campground is a pleasant location to camp. Swamps are out of the ordinary locations and Hidden Lake near Lake Lagunitas is no exception, and Lake Lagunitas is right by the North Side Trail. A journey to Colier Spring will fill your spirit with wonderful feelings, and San Geronimo Golf Course is a golf course close by.
If only every spot had this much outdoors fun things, what a great planet it would be. A day at Stinson Beach close to Lake Lagunitas is time well spent. Lakes? Sure, Bon Tempe Lake is in the neighborhood.

Too many ticks everywhere....Phoenix lake is a great place to visit if you're in the area. It's beautiful. Very secluded....Any lyme disease ever reported from the ticks at phoenix lake?...

Camping Trips
I have had the displeasure of staying at a campsite called Coloma Resort on the South Fork of the American River. If you're not a church group or over 65 this place is not for you. We were harassed by the management constantly and were told to go to bed at 10:00pm on a Saturday night. Nothing in their rules said laughing and the Beatles were not allowed. This is the type of place that will tell you what you want to hear just to get your money. The campsite was extremely crowded even the 3rd week of August. My advice is to go else where, anywhere else but here!...
