If time allows, Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park is a national park worth a visit; Lake Kaweah Dam is an exciting thing to check out. Camping is available at Kaweah Park Resort; after a long day outdoors Americas Best Value Lazy J Ranch Three Rivers is a nice site to spend a night or two. If you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn & Suites Sequoia Kings Canyon is a brilliant choice, and Pogue Canyon is also a splendid location to look       at. Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! The Southern Sierra Nevada is peerless! Get your heart pumping on the glorious whitewater of Kaweah River, and a lake close by is Little Bravo Lake. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. Lake Kaweah is a location with many visitors from Visalia-Porterville, and Lemon Hill can be observed from Lake Kaweah. The amount of precipitation that falls at Lake Kaweah is close to the national average; during                  January this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is July. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Lemon Cove-sequoia Campground is always a great experience; if you're a golfer then a splendid nearby course is Three Rivers Golf Course. Now, you may think that's loads but there's even more entertaining things to do here in the Southern Sierra Nevada. Take a little tour to Dry Creek if you're here at Lake Kaweah, and Bravo Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at. This lake is located in the wonderful Southern Sierra Nevada. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Lake Kaweah. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's.
